Tremaine Singletary

Tremaine Singletary is the Employee of the Quarter for the 1st quarter of 2010.  Ever since she started working here over 5 years ago, she has been an asset to our Club.  She is meticulous with everything she does and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect, from paper work, payroll, and her duties as the Education Director.  While the Unit Director was away on maternity leave, Tremaine stepped up her game and not only did her job as the Education Director, but also the Unit Director, Site Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.  She kept the Club going. 

Not everyone is capable of handling all those responsibilities, but she did and she did it well.  We recommend that she be selected as staff of the quarter, because she is an outstanding individual, with an incredible work ethic.  She is a huge part of our team and we will never be able to replace her.  Individuals who would be willing to take on all those responsibilities without complaining and doing them to the caliber in which she did are hard to come by.  We appreciate all that she has done and will do for our Club.

Tremaine stepped in as a temporary Site Coordinator while Marcy was on maternity leave. She promptly took care of any situation that may have came about, completed paperwork in a timely manner and so forth. While acting as Site Coordinator Tremaine, made it seem as though Marcy had never left. By her works, she reassured us that she was reliable and understood what was expected of her and confident that she could handle the job. A BIG thanks goes out to Tremaine for all of her hard work!!
