Even through the summer, we will be following our curriculum of education, art and fun. If your child will be 4 by September 1st, we will accept your 3 year old into our program.

The University of Alabama’s Team Chaplain and former NFL Player, Jeremiah Castille, will share his personal story on what it takes to be a champion at The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast (BGCEC) DeFuniak Springs Teen Center’s second annual Steak & Burger Dinner on Thursday, March 11 at 6 PM at the DeFuniak Springs Community Center. Proceeds will support the annual operating costs of the Teen Center. Corporate and community sponsors are being sought for the event.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Escambia County and Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast (BGCEC) have legally united this week in order to form a larger, better Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast (BGCEC) will be hosting this year’s Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s (BGCA) National Fine Arts Exhibit for the Southeast Region. The public is welcome to view the exhibition at the Denton Blvd. Club weekdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 8 through March 18.
Children from the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast have begun collecting change to help relief efforts in Haiti. The BGCEC Penny Pledge proceeds will be donated to Doctors Without Borders.
During the Wish Upon a Car event, 11 members from the FWB Teen Center and the Denton Blvd Club were chauffeured around the Destin area in a limo.

Our VPK program is designed to prepare 4 - 5 years old kids for kindergarten and build a foundation for their educational success. The Boys & Girls Clubs understand that good childcare starts with the teachers. Our Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten teachers are passionate about working with our kids as they grow and learn.
Members must be 4 or 5 years old and VPK is free of charge,

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast is celebrating Boys & Girls Clubs Day For Kids on Saturday, September 19 at the Emerald Coast Conference Center from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. It’s a time for us all - parents, grandparents, mentors and other caregivers - to take time and reconnect with the kids in our lives. This event is completely FREE and open to the public.
