City of Destin Mayor Sam Seevers was “mugged” Feb. 2 by the Boys & Girls Club of the Emerald Coast-Destin.
Mayor Seevers supports the Destin Club extensively, and to thank her, kids from the Destin Club surprised Mayor Seevers at her office in City Hall with the BGCEC coffee mug filled with Hershey’s kisses and gave her many hugs.
“Mugging” is the BGCEC kids’ prestigious award to community members who have impacted them and made a tremendous positive impact because of their support to the Boys & Girls Clubs.
